Leadership Boot Camp : At The Farm:
A 3C Leadership Immersion Experience

Where leaders are pushed, challenged,
are cultivated, not created

Hidden within the quiet country sides in the Ohio River Valley, lies more than rolling fields, waterways, and country air—it’s a proving ground to rebuild and enhance existing leaders, as well prepare the next
generation of servant leaders.

The overnight boot camp series challenges business executives, corporate teams, public servants, contractors, executive protection details and similar organizations to step away from the noise of everyday Mission to rediscover what it means to lead and serve with purpose, courage, and humility. It is what we owe the fallen, and the
epitome of servant leaders.

The 3C Overnight Farm Experience is a fully immersive training event guided by decorated combat veterans, accomplished business executives and senior law enforcement professionals who have led men through chaos, crisis, and the highest stakes imaginable.

Over the course of a night beneath the open sky, participants experience hands-on exercises, reflective fireside sessions, and team challenges designed to instill the mindset of true servant leadership.

This is not a retreat—it’s a reset.

It’s an awakening of discipline, perspective, and unity forged through shared challenges and guided reflection.

Participants will:

Disconnect from comfort to reconnect with purpose.
Learn to communicate, decide, and lead under pressure.

Build trust, accountability, and cohesion.
Reflect on legacy, sacrifice, and the real
cost of leadership.

Evening fireside discussions honor those in eternal overwatch—the Marines, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and first responders whose courage now lives through this mission.

Every story told, every lesson shared, becomes part of that living legacy. Valor Farms provides the perfect setting: authentic, grounded, and built on the same soil of service that the 3C Foundation stands upon.

Your team won’t leave with slogans—they’ll leave with a standard. A new understanding of leadership that begins where comfort ends. The Farm. Where leaders are cultivated, not created.
